EMS360PLUS is an employee attendance management platform utilizing facial recognition technology where employees can easily clock in and out while off-site employees can log their attendance using geolocation tracking via our mobile app, eliminating the need for manual attendance logging and reducing inefficiencies.

The system stores time log data for easy processing by relevant departments, leading to efficient payroll processing and salary disbursement. Furthermore, our system streamlines HR management by automating processes and eliminating redundant approvals, freeing up valuable time for HR to focus on strategic initiatives. Our mobile app also offers a range of features to employees, including the ability to view their attendance records for the week or month, receive important office updates and announcements, and be notified of important calendar events and meetings. Employees can also apply for leaves, overtime, and undertime, and view their payroll entries for a given period.

Our seamless integration with these technologies such as the facial recognition technology, geolocation tracking, and HR management processes into the system, system provides full visibility to employees, department heads, and relevant stakeholders, increasing productivity, saving costs, and reducing redundancies.
