XpertU is an on-demand service app that connects customers with local professionals from both technical and professional service providers who can provide a wide range of services, such as home cleaning, handyman services, plumbing, electrical work, accounting, bookkeeping, computer repairs, legal services, engineering and architectural services and many more. The app allows users to browse through different categories of services, read reviews and ratings from other customers, and choose the right professional for their needs.
Once a user selects a service and a professional, they can schedule a date and time for the service to be performed. The app provides real-time updates on the status of the service, including when the professional is en route, when they arrive, and when the service is completed. Customers can also make payments through the app, and leave reviews and ratings for the professional after the service is completed.
For professionals, XpertU provides a platform to showcase their skills and services, manage their schedules, and receive payments for their work. The app allows professionals to set their own rates, accept or decline service requests based on their availability, and communicate with customers directly through the app.
